Alloverseas transactions are charged excluding UK taxes, however you may be liable for local import duty on delivery There may alsobe associated charges when paying by bank transfer We are not able to offer our payment plan option outside the UK; all saddles must be paid in full prior to shipping. We do accept Klarna & PayPal credit, both of which offer instalment plans.
Expected delivery time and shipping costs will be quoted at the point of order, alternatively you can arrange your own courier service. Shipping charges from SMART Saddles are non- refundable.
In circumstances where a return is agreed, the balance paid will be refunded minus all deductions, including shipping costs and the weekly fee for the duration that the saddle is assigned to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the safe return of all equipment. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for returns.
