Did you know that SMART Saddles offers our U.S. customers a Buy-&-Try service? 

This customer-friendly option gives you peace of mind when buying a SMART saddle, especially if it is your first experience of the SMART saddle system, or where a Test Ride isn’t possible. The SMART Buy & Try gives you 2 weeks to test the SMART saddle of your choice.

How does the Buy & Try service work?

1. Get in touch with SMART HQ for advice on saddle selection
2. Use our dedicated U.S. webshop to place your order in $USD
3. Your lovely new SMART saddle will be shipped straight to your door
4. Spend up to 2 x weeks trialing the SMART saddle with free remote fitting advice from SMART HQ; we’ll help you fit and balance the saddle by email, messenger and videocall
5. If you find the SMART saddle does not meet your needs, you can simply return it to our designated U.S. rep for a refund less trial fees.

T&Cs: All refunds are processed less $300 USD trial fees (restocking and depreciation) plus a $50 admin and cleaning charge.
