The most comfortable and secure saddle I have ever had

‘My Arab x Welsh, Merri, has always been a difficult shape for saddle fitting due to her flat wither and that she is croup high with a wide loin. As her previous saddle needed repair, I booked a test ride with SMART Saddles. The Advisor brought three for me to try, SMART Native VSD, GP and Event. They were all comfortable but unexpectedly, the SMART Native Event was the best of all for both of us.

II kept this saddle on trial via the rental service and did as much riding of all sorts as I could to try it out. It is the most comfortable and secure saddle I have ever had and after a long hack of 25km, I decided to order one to keep.

The SMART Advisor and the team at SMART Saddles were so helpful. I used the trial saddle to compete at the Welsh TREC Championships, where I was delighted to be Reserve Champions at Level 2 - the biggest class of the Championships.
