All round happy SMART customer

“I’ve had 5yo Irish Cob, ’Buzz’ for two years now and he has mainly hacked to give him a chance to mature and grow.   

We started schooling over the winter, but he’s been struggling with straightness and strength in his hindquarters, particularly on his right hind where he has a curb on his hock, and he has learnt to protect that leg and push with the other side.  I’ve always had his saddle fitted regularly and never imagined that was part of the problem.   

I had a SMART saddle on trial after a friend recommended it and have been bowled over with the difference it has made for him.  I could feel the difference straight away with a much freer stride and more shoulder movement but it is the way he has developed in the three short weeks since we first tried it that have really clinched it for me.   

In only our second lesson since getting the saddle we had a lovely even rhythm of stride and he’s pushing equally from behind. He’s a young horse and there is a long way to go but I’m delighted with the SMART saddle and how much it is helping him gain confidence in how he can move.
