Indi came to me in June 2021, she was in a very poor condition, lacking in muscle and her wither was like a sharks fin. She’d been a broodmare before I got her, which had resulted in her having a sway back.
Once we had built her up enough, we had a saddle fitted by a saddle fitter but after a short time I could tell this was completely wrong for her and was causing her more harm.
A friend told me about SMART Saddles and gave me contact details for a SMART Advisor. Fast forward to April 2022 and we had a SMART Elite VSD fitted - what an amazing saddle!
It’s comfortable and secure for me, Indi moves so much better in it - and most importantly she is comfortable. This saddle means we can ride with free movement and comfort; I really can’t recommend them enough!
We had a fitting check recently and my SMART Advisor was very pleased with Indi’s progress and the saddle still fitted perfectly. The only thing I want to try now is the SMART Sheepskin Half Pad, which worked well when we tried it yesterday!
